I create believable worlds for film, animation and games through Hybrid AI—combining artistic direction, production experience and AI-assisted visualization into a single creative workflow.

Hybrid AI is a production method, not a claim that the machine creates the work alone.
The process begins with a human brief: story, research, world rules, function, visual language, composition, references and production needs. AI is introduced as a tool for exploration and visualization. The generated possibilities are then judged, rejected, corrected, refined and organised through human creative and production experience.
The aim is not simply to produce an attractive frame. It is to build work that belongs to a coherent world and can support future decisions by directors, art departments and downstream production teams.
Clarify the story, production problem, emotional target and rules of the world.
Establish references, approved assets, camera language, art direction and restrictions.
Use AI-assisted visualization to test possibilities quickly without surrendering authorship.
Select, edit, composite, correct and develop the work until it supports the intended result.
Compare outputs against approved assets, continuity rules and the creative brief.
Preserve prompts, seeds, references, workflows, versions, approvals and production notes.
Package the final work so it can be understood, reviewed and continued by others.
Feed production discoveries back into the system rather than relying on memory alone.
The world, story logic, design intent, composition and final selection remain artist-led.
Experience determines what can move forward, what must be corrected and what should be rejected.
Approved environments, characters, assets, materials and visual rules are treated as production decisions—not suggestions.
AI use is described openly. Workflows and source information are retained where the tools and production allow it.
A strong AI image is useful. A repeatable, traceable workflow is more valuable.
My background in animation and VFX production shapes the way I work with AI. Folder structures, naming, versions, review stages, metadata, contact sheets, approved references and hand-off are part of the creative system. This makes revision more controlled and helps a project return to an approved direction instead of attempting to recreate it from memory.
